At Smart Home, we deliver to all governorates of the Republic of Yemen in cooperation with trusted and professional shipping companies.

1. Shipping Areas

We ship to all governorates across Yemen.

2. Delivery Time

  • Within Sana’a: 24–48 hours.
  • Other governorates: 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping company.

Please note: Business days do not include Fridays and official holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Within Sana’a: Cost is determined by location and is usually minimal.
  • Outside Sana’a: Fees are calculated based on the order’s weight and geographic region.
    Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp within hours of being placed.
Unconfirmed orders after 24 hours may be automatically canceled.

5. Delays or Shipping Issues

We aim to deliver your order on time. In case of delays beyond our control (such as weather conditions or logistical issues), we will contact you immediately with updates.

6. Order Tracking

We provide a tracking number (if available), or direct communication to follow up on your order status until it is delivered.
