🔄 Return Policy

At Smart Home, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchases. Therefore, we offer a flexible return and refund policy, in accordance with the following conditions:

  1. Return Period:
    You may request a return within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order.
    The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all accessories and original packaging.

  2. Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Customized or modified products at the customer's request.
  • Final promotional items (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
  • Opened electronic items such as smart sensors, unless defective.
  1. Return Process:
    Contact us via WhatsApp or email to submit a return request, including your order number and a photo of the product.
    Once the request is reviewed, we will coordinate with the shipping company to collect the product from your address.

  2. Refunds:
    After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • A full refund will be issued if the product is defective or shipped by mistake.
  • A partial refund or refund excluding shipping costs will be issued if the reason is personal (change of mind).
  • Refunds will be processed via the same payment method within 1–2 business days.
  1. Shipping Costs:
  • If the product has a defect or a shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a personal reason, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
